Construction has started for the new Goldener Hirsch residences at Deer Valley Resort in Park City Utah. Okland construction started with site prep work in June, and began construction of the shoring walls in early July. They will be excavating and removing dirt soon, and the next step will be pouring concrete for the footings, foundation, and underground parking structure. As construction progresses, we’ll provide updates on these blog pages.
The sales process is anticipated to begin on Tuesday, July 25th, with reservations being accepted in early August 2017.
