Spring has sprung, and the beautiful weather is ideal for construction! In the photo above, you can see completed foundation walls and columns of the North Building, as well as base material in the parking garage prepping for the slab on grade concrete pour. At the South Building, you can see two levels of suspended concrete slabs. These levels create the structure of the parking garage and the floor of the hotel lobby. In photos below, you’ll see the concrete pour in the parking garage lower level.
Okland Construction is moving quickly, and even as we send this update out, the visual progress on site is stunning as the building continues to rise from the lower levels to extend above grade.
