For our June update, attached here are recent photos of the construction progress at Goldener Hirsch. Visible in these photos is Level 2 of the South Building and Level 1 of the North Building. No longer visible are the two levels of the underground parking garage, currently receiving exterior waterproofing and back-fill material. In these photos, you can see the structural rebar and post-tension tendons (the blue cables) that become encased in concrete. A few of the images below were from the concrete pour for the South Building’s Level 2. As we write this update, Okland Construction is pouring concrete on Level 1 of the North Building.
