The fall colors are starting to pop along the ski runs of Deer Valley. With the fall season now here, we are beginning to experience cooler temps during the night, and absolutely beautiful weather during the day. Construction progress is moving along well, as Okland continues to backfill the excavation around the perimeter of the garage foundation. Soon the construction trailer will be removed as offices are set up in the garage. The North Building, seen below has been decked for Level Three with plumbing sleeves installed. Next steps will be the placement of rebar for the concrete slab pour. At the South Building, Level Four has been poured, and the current work is focused on columns and walls in anticipation of decking for Level Five. The interior of the building continues to see framing and installation of mechanical lines.
