Exciting news for construction progress at Goldener Hirsch. We have reached the rooftop pool level, and the views are stunning! In the picture shown above, dated December 20th, you can see the views looking south to Deer Valley’s picturesque Bald Mountain ski runs. Visible in the photo is the installation of steel rebar and PT cables prior to pouring concrete. The concrete deck, pool base, and hot tub were poured a few days after this photo. A very unique feature is the way the hot tub extends out from the rooftop patio, cantilevered over the front of the building. This will be a signature design element of the hotel.
