Okland Construction has recently installed the Sky Bridge that connects the North and South buildings at Level Six – the rooftop level that is home to the pool, hot tub, and fitness center. The Sky Bridge is a unique element of design by architect Tom Kundig, and the glass-walled walkway offers amazing views from its highly suspended location.
Numerous Residences in the South Building are wrapping up completion of drywall and starting on tile installation. Normally, drywall is not something to get very excited about, but when you see the detail and styling of the ceiling design and other unique aspects of the drywall installation, it really is nothing like we have seen in our market. The sophisticated design from TAL-Studio is becoming reality, and as Todd-Avery Lenahan states, “The small touches are often the most memorable.”
