Construction Update Photos for August 2019

With the building now at full height and the roof nearly complete, Okland has begun the installation of the vertical wood siding. Starting with a section above the garage, they will continue around the back of the building, while scaffolding is still in place, and work their way around to the front.

Most of the unit framing, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC installation is complete, and drywall continues throughout the building’s residences and common areas. Intricate drywall details are now visible in many units, such as crisp shadow lines created with edging, reveals, and channels. A monumental amount of detailed work to achieve this look, but as something never before seen in our market, it is yet another way the Goldener Hirsch differentiates itself from all other Deer Valley properties.

Residences are starting to see many more design details completed. Cabinets and doors have begun to arrive and many showers have been fully tiled. It has been so much fun to see the interior concepts from our architectural renderings coming to life.
