Construction continues progressing along steadily. On the exterior, the final details of the roof are being completed. Almost all windows are now installed, and the vertical wood siding is being finished on the back of the building, with the front of the building up next
Master fireplaces and travertine slabs land next week. Most of the lobby and conference room framing is finished, and the ski locker and après-ski lounge are complete with drywall, as are the hallways. Glass window frames, HVAC and plumbing are taking place on the rooftop pool area and fitness center.

Plans for the Konditorei are being finalized, along with the menus. Many residences are wrapping up mechanicals and drywall. Once the wood flooring and cabinets arrive, exciting design elements will come together quite quickly.
