For our August update, attached are a couple recent photos of the construction progress at Goldener Hirsch. At the South Building, level three has been completed with Okland now installing decking for the concrete of level four. At the North Building, concrete has been poured for level two, and Okland is now pouring walls and posts reaching up to level three. Additional next steps include continued backfilling around the building’s perimeter and soon Okland will remove the construction trailer and set up offices in the underground parking garage. Other activities not visible in these exterior photos are the framing of storage spaces in the garage, framing in the lobby, and installation of utility lines starting in the lower levels.
